🛠️ Equipment Used in Armwrestling
To compete or train safely, you’ll need access to proper equipment. The standard armwrestling table is designed for safety and fair competition.
Essential Equipment:

Armwrestling Table – Regulation size, with elbow pads and touch pads
-
Straps – Used when competitors slip out of grip
-
Chalk – Helps reduce sweat and improve grip
-
Wrist wraps / elbow sleeves – For injury prevention during training
-
Grip tools – For strengthening fingers, wrists, and pronators
